Our program is offered to boys and girls in grades 4 through 8. We offer a positive environment for boys and girls interested in developing their basketball skills. Our goal is to help players accomplish the following:- Develop skills and learn the game
The Metro West Youth Basketball League organizes competitive basketball for boys and girls in grades 4-8 in surrounding towns and cities in the Metro West area. Metro West will govern the rules of the league. The organization consists of a town representative/coordinator from each of the town/cities that belong to the league.
Travel Basketball or Town Basketball?
The travel basketball program plays in the Metro West league and requires a higher level of committment (two practices a week and games on Sundays, including during school vacation) than the town league. The town program is a great alternative for players who want to learn the game of basketball and have the flexibility of a lighter schedule.
